Our group possesses valuable experience in investment management. For instance, we have successfully captured the “low level uprising” situation to purchase various properties since 2011. Presently, our company handles tens of strategically located real estate properties in UAE. It produces an outstanding and stable annual income for the company. We had undergone legal and proper documentation, auditing and negotiations with concerned divisions and in 5 August 2012, we have successfully received our license and approval to become a registered real estate company in United Arab Emirates.
