Over a decade ago Dubai moms Mira and Rama were in the Big Apple enjoying the glorious comfort food that is an authentic bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese. Mid-bite they realized that this flavor they loved was something they couldn’t find in the city they love – Dubai. And so they remedied that, and in 2003 Circle was born.
