Every three months the La Table space will welcome a new chef, menu, and décor for a refresh and surprise element at the location. This licensed dining concept is built around the idea of change. The food and décor will change with each chef that hosts a three-month residency. The focus will be on the chef’s character, story, and inspiration behind all their creations. Each of the selected chefs is known for certain special qualities in their food journey and passion to create and build a name, a brand, or a cuisine. They have been recognised internationally, and have been invited to host at the venue for three months.
