In 1975 Modern Bakery opened its doors with 80 employees to provide the region with Arabic Bread, Buns, Rolls, speciality breads and sweets.Over the past 40 years Modern Bakery has grown to become one of the largest commercial bakers in the UAE, known for serving high quality, great tasting and affordable food.Today, Modern Bakery is the largest bakery in the UAE, however it remains family run. We have a workforce of over 1,500 people and the capacity to produce 1 million buns and rolls alone every day.
