Given heavy web traffic, board's official portal was down around noon time. After an eight-year hiatus, a total of 22, 554 students from across the Gulf region attempted the board exams this year.

The Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) was scrapped by the board in 2017 and the exams were made mandatory.

Students from across the UAE were excited and nervous over the outcome of the results.

Started in 2016, this year the board has also provided Grade 10 digital mark sheets in DigiLocker at https://digilocker.gov.in. The DigiLocker account credentials will be sent to students via SMS on their mobile number registered with CBSE.
