Dubai Greenlights A Bonus Of Dh152 Million For Government Employees

The Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has given his approval for a Dh152-million bonus for government employees. Sanctioned on December 24, 2023, under the direction of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, this performance-based bonus targets civilian employees who have met specified standards. The aim of this bonus is to inspire continued excellence among employees and enhance the quality of life for those working within the Dubai government.
