In particular, adult UAE residents have found it cheaper to visit one of the country's favourite winter destinations this year.

A representative from the Dubai Miracle Garden confirmed to Khaleej Times on Thursday that the botanical park has introduced a special ticket rate exclusively for UAE residents, which costs Dh65 per entry for both adults (over 12 years old) and children (ages 3 to 12 years old).

Emirates IDs are required for the discounted rate, and tickets can only be purchased at dedicated counters at Dubai Miracle Garden.

Tickets for UAE residents are Dh10 cheaper than last year, when they were Dh75 per entry. Tickets for children aged 3 to 12 have increased by Dh5 this season (last season, they were only Dh60).

According to the spokesperson, UAE residents receive special discounts compared to tourists.

Last weekend, the popular winter attraction reopened for its 12th season and updated ticket prices.

According to the official website, individual admission is priced at Dh95 for adults (over 12 years old) and Dh80 for children under 12. Children under 3 are free to enter. VAT (value-added tax) is included in all prices.
