Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the largest edition of the Dubai Airshow, a premier event for the aerospace, space, and defense industries worldwide, is set to commence on Monday, November 13, at Dubai World Central (DWC).

Themed 'The Future of the Aerospace Industry,' the 18th edition, running until November 17, will bring together industry pioneers and innovators to forecast future trends and explore opportunities in aviation, space, and defense. With over 1,400 exhibitors from 95 countries and 300 international speakers, the event aims to foster collaboration, technological advancement, and sustainable innovation for the future.

The 18th edition will reintroduce the much-anticipated flying and static displays, allowing manufacturers to showcase the abilities of over 180 commercial aircraft. Among the highlights are Airbus aircraft such as A320P2F, A321neo, A330neo, Airbus A400M Atlas CMk1, H225 (Helicopter), and C295. Additionally, the new livery of Embraer’s latest E195-E2 will make its debut, and Boeing will demonstrate its highly anticipated 777-9.

The event will welcome leading and emerging airlines presenting new concepts. Saudia will showcase a Boeing 787-10 featuring a new livery and a flyadeal Airbus 320neo. Beond, the world's first premium leisure airline, will display its Airbus A319 and a variety of other industry-leading aircraft.

Attendees at the advanced aerial mobility pavilion can explore the future of aerospace, featuring the latest eVTOLs, drones, and UAVs. Notable debuts include Archer Aviation Inc's Midnight aircraft and a full-size mock-up of Lilium Jet, among other revolutionary concepts.

With a heightened focus on space exploration, the 2023 Dubai Airshow, in partnership with the UAE Space Agency, will feature an expanded space pavilion and host a dedicated two-day conference. Leaders, officials, and change-makers will share insights to explore the possibilities in space. The UAE Space Agency will also showcase its initiatives, including the Emirates Mission to the Asteroid Belt and the Space Economic Zones program.

In line with the Year of Sustainability in the UAE, the Airshow will highlight advancements in sustainable aviation fuel and cleaner aviation technology.
