Many people work in the UAE as domestic workers, such as housemaids, nannies, and other houseworkers, who face difficulties every day, including being forbidden from going outside, having restrictions, not having time to rest, not having a fixed duty time, working for more than 12 hours a day, and not being paid enough and many more.
Since Domestic Workers in UAE have busy duty schedules and are unfamiliar with how to file an online complaint in UAE, registering an online complaint is not an easy task.
In order to help them, we mentioned the process of filing complaints online and guided them to visit the Ministry, but they were unable to because of their duties.

Now domestic workers can file complaints online against any violation of law by their sponsors through TADBEER Center's mobile app, where you can file complaints online along with other informative information.
The procedure for filing a complaint online is as follows:
Step 1: Download the TADBEER UAE application on your mobile.
The application will open after you have downloaded and installed it. You will see the screen shown below. If you want to register yourself, click on it, otherwise, you do not have to register or login. Simply choose the language and click the skip login button.
Step 2: Select File a Complaint the fourth option from the main screen.

Step 4: Fill in your passport number. Keep in mind that complaints pertaining to valid passports have a greater impact, whereas complaints pertaining to expired passports may take longer to resolve.
Step 5: Enter your full name and mobile number without any dashes or spaces; provide the number where you can receive calls and messages from the Ministry.
Step 6: Enter your email address, as the company may send you complaint details via email, in the event that your mobile number cannot be reached.
Step 7: Select your nationality from the drop-down menu. Then enter your date of birth.
Step 8: You can upload any proof relevant to your complaint, including copies of your passport and visa.
Step 9: The final step is to provide details about your complaint. You need to include a greeting, the reason for your complaint, issues or problems you are experiencing in your workplace and so on. After you have completed all steps, check them again and click the submit button.
Confirmation of the complaint:
Now, your complaint has been registered and you will receive a text message or email confirmation from the Ministry, and they may contact you and your sponsor for a face-to-face meeting at TADBEER center.
