The Philippine missions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi released details of the community gathering, set to occur on November 29 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, running from 5 pm to 8 pm. To attend, online registration is obligatory, as specified in the advisory.

The QR code, along with a valid passport, must be presented for entry.
Participation is limited to Filipinos aged 18 and above. The gates will open at 3 pm and close at 4:30 pm, as outlined by the embassy and consulate-general.
Attendees are required to be in smart casual or Filipiniana attire. To ensure security, large bags, selfie sticks, umbrellas, and items such as posters, banners, placards, and streamers will not be permitted inside the venue, according to the advisory.
In addition to the community event, Marcos is anticipated to participate in COP28 at Expo City Dubai, where global leaders will convene to discuss critical environmental issues. COP28 is scheduled to take place from November 30 to December 12.
