The UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) has established seven conditions that private sector establishments and employers must adhere to when hiring workers from abroad.

As per the informative instructional video shared on MoHRE's official Instagram account, here are the conditions that need to be met:

1. The establishment must have electronic permits available.

2. The recruited worker must be at least 18 years old.

3. Compliance with relevant conditions in specialized professions is required.

4. The worker's profession must align with the establishment's activity.

5. The establishment must hold a valid license.

6. The recruitment request must be submitted by the legally authorized representative of the establishment, and a work permit must be obtained.

7. There should not already be an existing work permit for the worker being recruited.

8. The ministry offers 12 different types of work permits for registered establishments, based on the specific type and nature of the job.

Note: It is crucial to acquire a permit from the UAE Ministry before engaging in any work within the country. Remember, it is strictly prohibited to recruit or employ any worker without a valid work permit.
