Super sales and giant shopping promos are among the city-wide events and activities planned for Dubai residents and visitors throughout 2023, the authorities said on Wednesday. The Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) released its 2023 Retail Calendar, giving consumers a preview of what to expect in the coming year. The emirate will become one of the best destinations in the world to visit and live as a result of all these activities, it claimed.
Art Dubai
Well over 100 contemporary, modern, and digital artists from the more than 40 nations and 6 continents will participate in the 16th edition of Art Dubai. With 30 1st exhibitors and more than 60% of the gallery program coming out from Global South, the 2023 fair will further solidify Art Dubai's status as the top destination for art from in this area. The four areas of the fair—Contemporary, Modern, Bawwaba, and Digital—will exhibit fascinating new viewpoints from around the world. There will also be a wealth of parallel programming, such as performances, commissions, educational program, talks, and annual conferences.

Elrow XXL

The Emirates Airline Festival of Literature will return the following year and run from Wednesday, February 1 through Friday, February 6. Some of the outstanding foreign authors to look forward to are David Walliams, Ben Miller, Cecelia Ahern, Brian Cox, and Alexander McCall Smith.
