Vitalii Mykhalchuk, Director of IT Solutions at Amsaan Accessible Tours, explained, "The company's primary focus is on enhancing accessibility in the UAE for individuals with hearing impairments." He emphasized that travel can pose challenges for people with disabilities, citing examples like complicated hotel check-ins that may require substantial assistance. However, such travelers may struggle to find the necessary support if they lack a translator or interpreter. Amsaan Accessible Tours aims to simplify such situations and provide ease of access.

Amsaan's involvement with individuals with disabilities began when the company developed an app specifically designed for the deaf community. Mykhalchuk stated, "The app was created to help deaf individuals overcome the various daily challenges they face. The expansion into the tourism sector was a natural progression from that. One of our founders is hearing-impaired, so this initiative is deeply meaningful to him."
