A section of Dubai's well-known Al Mulla Plaza collapsed on Saturday night, as reported by the police.
In a statement issued on Sunday, the Dubai Police confirmed two minor injuries resulting from the incident. Initial investigations suggested that the collapse was attributed to the "improper storage of heavy materials."
Thanks to the prompt response from the teams involved, authorities successfully ensured the safety of all workers and visitors at the site.
Following the incident, the affected shops were closed, and visitors were advised to return in a few days.
