Free Public Parking Announced In Sharjah For Islamic New Year

The Sharjah Municipality has announced that public parking will be free during the holiday season.
Sharjah residents will be exempt from parking fees on July 20, 2023, in honor of the Hijri New Year.
The blue parking information signs that identify the 7-day paid parking zones will remain in place on the holiday.
On Thursday, the Sharjah government announced the dates for public sector employees' Islamic New Year holidays.
Sharjah's Department of Human Resources announced that the Hijri New Year holiday will begin on Thursday, July 20, 2023.
