Photo Sharing, Information On Grade 7 Student's Death Banned In Dubai

Dubai's Attorney-General has banned the publication of any information or photos related to the death of a seventh grader. The decision was taken out of respect for the family of the deceased.
After false information about the incident was circulated on social media platforms, Essam Issa Al Humaidan issued the decision.
The ban includes all print, audio, visual and social media. The decision prohibits opinions or comments about the incident.
Misinformation about sensitive matters creates panic in society, according to the Attorney-General.
